Are you a Provider for my insurance company?

Personal Care Family Dentistry is a provider for the following insurance companies:  Delta Dental Premier, Metlife, Aetna and Many Cigna plans. In addition, we do accept all other valid insurance dental plans and only your co-payment is due at the time of your appointment. We will file your claim and collect the rest of the payment from you insurance company.
